The electrical control system adopts advanced PLC and is equipped with a color POD(touch screen), featuring a friendly human-machine interface and convenient operation. The main motor is controlled by variable frequency speed regulation. During production, the frequency can be set freely within a certain range on the color touch screen according to actual needs. The machine is equipped with an automatic detection device as standard, which can detect the air pressure, temperature controller malfunction, bag loading condition of the machine, and whether the bag opening of the packaging bag is open. It can determine the machine status, control whether the machine is coding, whether the filling device is filling, and whether the heat sealing device is sealing, thereby avoiding the waste of packaging materials and raw materials and greatly saving costs. This packaging machine features a touch screen for intelligent adjustment of bag width and a handwheel for bag compartment adjustment.
